An A Cappella Mashup of Foo Fighters’ “Learn to Fly” & “Walk”

Forget about the myriad of high-profile artists like Joan Jett, Joe Walsh (The Eagles), Bad Brains, Gary Clark Jr., Ben Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie) who appeared on the new Foo Fighters album, Sonic Highways. Instead, it’s time to shift your attention to this A Cappella mashup of two of the band’s most popular songs: “Learn to Fly” and “Walk.”

Titled “Learn to Walk,” the performance is given to us by Tulane University’s Green Envy, a 16-person musical collective that describes itself as “a group of people that come together two times a week for the love of music and performing.”

Green Envy has two albums to their credit and also occasionally tours to other communities and colleges across the US.

Even if A Cappella versions of rock songs aren’t your thing, you should really give this a look and a listen:
