Guns N'Roses Tour - Sydney

Instead of pulling their beat up vehicle off of the highway to hell, AC/DC is looking a lot like a band that’s almost ready to confirm Guns ‘N Roses vocalist Axl Rose as their new frontman. As you may recall, Brian Johnson was forced to pull out of AC/DC’s future touring plans due to severe issues with his hearing.

Last week, Atlanta radio DJ Jason Bailey got the rumor mill going, stating that AC/DC and Rose were meeting together in the city to discuss joining forces. AC/DC reps have thus far refused to say that Rose is not joining the band.

Today, however, photos of Rose and AC/DC members separately exiting an Atlanta rehearsal space have surfaced – you can see them below. Rose is not photographed with AC/DC members, but it’s clear that the parties are emerging from the same facility.

Now, the Guns ‘N Roses reunion dates launch on April 8 at Coachella. After a run of shows through April, the rockers will eventually embark upon a 21-date summer tour. AC/DC, meanwhile, has a European tour launching on May 7, as well as 10 US tour dates that will reportedly be rescheduled.

We think Rose will join forces with AC/DC at least for their remaining touring obligations. After that, who the hell knows. Welcome to the jungle, baby!
