Universal Releasing 26 Film Soundtracks on Vinyl

Music and movie enthusiasts unite! Universal Music Enterprises has confirmed the rollout of 26 film soundtracks and scores on vinyl. The process, which began on January 20, has already brought music from Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing; Steven Spielberg’s E.T. and Jaws; plus The Godfather, Good Will Hunting and Pulp Fiction to the waxy music format.

Beginning next week, Universal will release soundtracks from Silence of the Lambs, Little Shop of Horrors and O Brother, Where Art Though?

April will see music from Boogie Nights and Animal House get the vinyl treatment, followed in May by Beetlejuice and Rocky.
