Watch The Lazys Perform “Shake It Like You Mean It”

Yesterday at the Gibson Guitar Canada headquarters in Toronto, Australian rockers, The Lazys, celebrated the forthcoming release of their Self-Titled debut album (available October 21 through Pheromone Recordings) with Riffyou.com by treating us to an exclusive acoustic performance of the lead single, “Shake It Like You Mean It.”

The track – which was co-written by Billy Talent guitarist Ian D’Sa – is an AC/DC comparable rocker that still manages to maintain its power when stripped down into a more intimate form.

“We’ve worked almost 10 years to get to this point. It means so much. I love these guys in my band,” says frontman Leon Harrison. “Everyone’s worked hard and sacrificed so much. To see this album not do as well as we anticipate would be disappointing, but I think the quality is there. I want this album to be received by people the way a good rock n’ roll album should be.”

Stay tuned for our feature interview with The Lazys. In the meantime, enjoy the performance!
