Watch U2 Tribute Band Shine at U2’s Toronto Show
Some bands don’t embrace its tribute acts, but U2 has demonstrated on its current iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE tour that it loves those who can pull off the hits. We all remember the Bono impersonator in Hollywood, don’t we?
Well, last night at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, U2 welcomed ACROBAT – The U2 Tribute Band to the stage to perform a stirring rendition of “Desire.” The actual Bono even joined in to provide some vocal and harmonica assistance.
“Wow – speechless. What a night!” Reads one of the posts upon the tribute act’s Facebook page.
