For punk, rock and new wave fans, CBGB was known as the place where iconic acts like Ramones, Talking Heads and Blondie got their starts. Now, because of the twisted way business sometimes works, the name has become associated with an airport restaurant.

That’s right, a holding company that owns the CBGB trademark will open a restaurant at the Newark Airport in New Jersey with the defunct rock club’a name.

The CBGB Lounge and Bar will serve a $42 prime rib, $14 bacon cheeseburger and many more overpriced pre-flight eats.

CBGB closed down in 2006 and today, each Ramones member made a vow from beyond the grave to reunite and permanently haunt the Newark Airport.
