Dave Grohl Entering a Drum-Off on The Muppets

According to Entertainment Weekly, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl will soon be entering an epic drum-off with one of the great rocker puppets of any era: Animal from The Muppets.

Grohl will slap the skins alongside Animal on the December 1 edition of The Muppets primetime series.

Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt (who stars in the forthcoming Christmas movie, The Night Before) will also appear on this episode.

In other impressive Foo Fighters news, FooArchive.com and Alternative Nation have offered details regarding the tracklisting of the band’s forthcoming EP.

The five songs featured were secretly recorded by Foo Fighters in Austin, Texas. The EP itself is believed to be what that mysterious countdown clock on the Foo Fighters website is all about.
