Kurt Cobain Suicide Letter Shirts Being Sold on eBay
Because there is a sizeable amount of troubled people in the world that view the suicide of a legendary rock star as something romantic and worth capitalizing on, a person has begun selling t-shirts emblazed with the suicide note penned by Kurt Cobain.
According to multiple reports, the shirts were first being sold on etsy, but have since been removed. However, the seller still has a listing on eBay and is attempting to sell a limited run of these three-quarter-length long sleeve shirts for US$25.19.
The brave businessman has specified that the shirts were made by him, thus confirming that this is nowhere near an endorsed product from the Nirvana and/or Kurt Cobain camp.
Somehow, however, they are moving rather fast and will likely be sold out by the time you finish reading this story.
While we at Riffyou.com dislike sharing this type of behaviour, we do so to help remind you of something: death by your own hand isn’t glamorous. Unfortunately, products like these try to make certain people believe that it is. Thus, we should all be aware and careful of the influence that such a thing can have on the impressionable.
