Watch Foo Fighters & Zac Brown Blast “War Pigs” on Letterman
This week, Foo Fighters are celebrating the lead-up to their forthcoming album and accompanying HBO series, Sonic Highways, with a one-week residency at The Late Show with David Letterman.
Last night, the festivities started off with a bang as the band joined forces with country singer Zac Brown for a ridiculously bombastic performance of the Black Sabbath classic, “War Pigs,” which you can watch below.
As you may, or may not recall, Grohl recently produced a Zac Brown Band EP (The Grohl Sessions, Vol 1.). He also brought the Foos out to Brown’s Southern Ground Studios in Nashville to record a Sonic Highways track.
In case you’ve been living under a rock and didn’t know already, Foo Fighters will release the album on November 10.
