Further to yesterday’s news that Rancid was on the verge of releasing their new album, Honor is All We Know (pre-order here), we have now been given a release date and sonic dose of what’s to come.
Due out October 27 through Hellcat/Epitaph, Honor is All We Know, is described by the labels as “unique in that it is filled with growing insight of a band who has been doing this for a while now: it feels natural and organic, written without an agenda or bone to pick, rather the culmination of lives lived largely with a keen interest in the world and a sense of brotherhood.”
What’s more, Rancid has released a 3-song YouTube video of them performing the new tracks: “Collision Course,” “Honor is All We Know,” and “Evil’s My Friend.”
