Watch The Grindmother: A 67-Year-Old Grindcore Singer
Just when you thought senior citizens didn’t know what grindcore was (let alone know how to perform it), comes The Grindmother: a howling 67-year-old woman that could scare the bejesus out of you.
The Grindmother’s profile recently rose thanks to a video in which she lent some vocals to her son’s band, Corrupt Leaders. Now, The Grindmother has recorded her first solo track, “Any Cost,” and released a music video for it.
“What the fuck?” Wrote Ozzy Osbourne as he shared the “Any Cost” video on Twitter yesterday.
