Watch the “TIDAL – End the Suffering” PSA, Feel Sad
TIDAL, the high-fidelity audio and exclusive content service isn’t exactly off to a roaring start. App users are not downloading it, uninvolved musicians are panning it and really, you know a company is struggling when one of its leaders, Jay Z, is making customer service calls.
While some were initially confused and bothered about why multi-millionaire musicians are publicly complaining about their earning potential, a video surfaced earlier this month to help better explain to us what the likes of Jack White, Madonna, Kanye West and other stakeholders in TIDAL are going through.
